GRAHAM: Alito, Luttig, all these people are solid conservatives, and if they're filibustered based on ideology and philosophy, that's setting aside an election and the filibuster will not stand.

I think the majority of the GOP 7 would vote the same way as Senator Graham has indicated, if the DEMs side of the equation is so bold and dysfunctional as to refuse to vote on the nomination.

If the Dems find out they don't have the votes to keep the filibuster going I wonder if they'll bother. That'll really drive the lefties nuts.
