Bush is still batting 1000 on Judges

Just to be clear, we don't know that yet. The judges he has appointed so far could easily be judicial activists that just happen to lean to the right at the moment.

We have only analyzed in depth about 7 or 8 high profile ones that the senate wasn't letting through. The others may have gotten through because the de facto democraticly controlled senate because they weren't viewed as originalists.

Are there any judges that Bush has put up that have not proven to be conservative non-activist judges at the very least? I am unaware of any, and when you add that to the firm democrat resistance to over 100 of Bush's Judges, I do think that after nearly 5 years now, it is safe to conclude that Bush totally kept his promise to only put conservative constructionise Judges on the courts of all levels.

Well, this is my letter to the RINOs. I hope they're being flooded day in and day out and rush the hearings just so their offices won't be mad houses anymore. 8)

Senator Specter,

I am hopeful that you will do all you can to support the nomination of Judge Samuel Alito to the United States Supreme Court. Judge Alito represents the clear majority of the American people, and his firm track record of constructionist judicial findings, also represent the clear majority of the American people, as well as keeping with the spirit and true intent of the Constitution and the founding fathers. He is also a fine representative of the majority that re-elected President Bush, who represent the majority of thought among the people of the United States, who wish to see the Constitution upheld, especially in light of the recent activist unConstitutional decisions which have come from he Supreme Court in recent years.

Judge Alito's confirmation will serve to return the U.S. Supreme Court to a body of enforcers of the Constitution, not a body of usurpers of the Constitution, who legislate from the bench with activist rulings as though the Supreme Court is an auxiliary legislative branch. Please vote in support of Judge Alito, so the American people can have a Supreme Court that represents them and the Constitution, not foreign precedent and liberal interpretations of what some wish the Constitution said, instead of what it actually does say. Thank you.
