I knew that Jacqueline Wilson definitely exists--there's also a picture of her wedding with Joseph in the December 18, 1990 of the New York Times. I'm still wondering about "Jacqueline C. Wilson", though.

According to the Who's Who entry, Joe and Jackie were married in 1986...so why was the NYT running a photo of their wedding in 1990? Was it a story about the crisis in Iraq in the run-up to Desert Storm? He was, as we have been told repeatedly, the last American diplomat to meet with Saddam before the Gulf War.

I wonder what kind of advice he was sending to Washington back then. Peace at any price?
