I cannot believe what is happening...why, oh why, did Libby handle things this way?
Calm down...he's not convicted. This is always a danger when someone testifies to a grand jury, especially one where there is pressure to find SOMETHING. Often, these "crimes" turn out to be little more than somebody's faulty memory of who said what when, and the case fails because the prosecutor is unable to show INTENT to deceive.

Even the Prosecutor said "It's just a charge, he's presumed innocent." I thought that was kind of ironic and funny considering the source.
