The Stewart case was totally different.
The thing that disturbs me most is that Sandy Burglar got away with a slap on the wrist for something REALLY serious. We don't know where the stolen documents are. They were classified and for all we know they were given or sold to a foreign agent.
I agree with you on that one. I guess you have to be a Republican to get into serious trouble in Washington and if you are a dem and do anything wrong you know you will walk.
Waksal being in jail has nothing to do with it. Stewart went to jail for lying about something that was not a crime in itself.
