I'm reading the indictments. We probably all should do so before commenting.
Up to the point I'm at, it says Russert did NOT mention Plame, but that Libby told investigators that Russert DID mention plame.
I think that will be part of the charge -- So when Russert says the indictment is "wrong", I think he has been misinformed. The part of the indictment that says he talked about Wilson is a part describing Libby's testimony to investigators.
I read the indictment and am confused about the original charge. It says that her name was classified. It further says that Libby told Miller that Wilson's wife might work a a bureau of the CIA.
Why didn't they address why they aren't charging him with leaking classfied information? Or are they going to address that at the press conference.
