where is the deep end that you suggest!

The deep end is your entire post - You sound like an hysterical girl claiming this CAN (and or will) bring down the GWB Presidency - That this could move along the same pattern as Watergate, etc, etc, etc.

That is completely BS! - This case is over for all intents and purposes. Mr. Libby will have his trail - During that trail no "super ghosts" are going to come out - It will be a standard trial (in reality) and he will either be convicted or acquitted. End of story.

I'd rather see him in prison and without a license. I think our "first black President" would have made quite a hit with inmates.

Levin's correct. Twenty two months, a strategy session and then Fitzgerald from Chicago does the deed this morning. He really wants to go back to Chicago. TO SUM UP: Fitzgerald held a press conference today but he really didn't say much. He doesn't want to get indicted either.

Christopher Wolf, attorney for diplomat Joseph Wilson and his wife Valerie Plame, arrives at the U.S. Federal Court to address the media on Wilson's behalf, October 28, 2005. Vice-President Dick Cheney's chief-of-staff Lewis Libby was charged with one count of obstruction of justice, two counts of making false statements and and two counts of perjury in the two-year-old CIA leaks investigation on CIA operative Plame's identity to reporters. Libby, 55, the chief of staff and national security adviser to the vice president and assistant to President George W. Bush, resigned on Friday after he was indicted. Walking behind Wolf are three attorneys from Wolf's law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, Rachel Glickman (L), Robert Bernstein (C) and David Rappaport (R). REUTERS/Hyungwon Kang

Aslo seems to be common knowledge that she was not undercover, but the MSM keeps claiming she is.

That attorney moves like a litigious Fred Astaire.

What irritates me so much is Fitzmoron using a million dollars of taxpayer money to get his fifteen minutes of fame.

What a waste of time and money.

Having said that, there is no excuse for lying to a grand jury. Hopefully, he did not.
>>>>>

Well, the Dems essentially said the same thing when Ken Starr was investigating Slick Willy but most of us were not buying their argument.

I guess it depends on whose goose is being cooked.

You kind of wonder why Scooter would think he could get away with something like this, I mean FIVE people you had conversations with on this topic?  Fitzy won't find out???

But I guess when you're smarter than 99.9% of the people, you don't have a lot of experience in dealing with people that are as smart or smarter than you.  With me, that's all the time.  I can look at a guy and tell "I'd better not B.S. this guy, 'cause he'll see right through me."  I can identify that situation from past experience.  I guess Scooter hasn't been in that situation enough to be able to identify it.

Right, that's because the investigators and the grand jury were too stupid to understand what they were being told.

I dunno seamole. It looks like a slam dunk the way it is presented.

He tells the GJ that Russert asked Libby if Libby knew about Plame.
But Russert says he did not ask. (he said, she said)

He tells the GJ that he (Libby) was surprised by the fact (learned from Russert) that Plame worked for the CIA.
But Libby knew Plame worked for the CIA based on Libby's independent research, only a few weeks old (no he said, she said in that lie - it is self contained as to Libby's personal state of mind)

Levin said these poor guys have been running around defending a non-crime and get emails in their baskets on a busy day every day. Now Libby is indicted for the process and for misspeaking. He said the problem is that a real patriot, Libby, is now smeared as being unpatriotic and must spend thousands defending himself. His reputation is hurt forever with a big press conference.

To really get rid of data on a hard drive, you have to destroy the hard drive's storage disk.

The simplest means of getting rid of your files is to delete them, then delete all of the temporary files in the temp folder (on Windows OS), and clear the internet cache. Make sure to empty the recycle bin. Then, defrag the drive. I doubt if there will be any recoverable data after that.

Look at it this way. At least he didn't end up in Marcy Park like Vince Foster.
