I saw it on local news also. I know what these union rallies are like, how the people are mindless mush, but this was shocking! Genevieve presented herself amazingly well, considering what had just happened to her, as she spoke in favor of the propositions.
Otherwise, local media, KTLA in particular are campaigning against the props non-stop. The FOR ads are really good. I'd especially like to see 75 pass. I HATE unions.

Just getting a chance to vote on these propositions is a vindication of my support for Arnold to begin with. I, and others here, took a lot of crap for supporting him over McClintock.
I do not for a second believe that a regular true conservative Republican (nor our RINOs of course) like McClintock would have invested their politcal capital to get these initiatives on the ballot. Nor do I believe they would have even attempted to take on the rat establishment the way Arnold has.
One other thing to note. If the redistricting measure passes, the long term impact to the Republicans may well be greater than Tom Delay's success in texas.
