Last report (15 minutes ago) from reporter in the courthouse is that an indictment has been issued, 12 or more jurors have concurred, and at 11:00 a.m. Fitz and Jury Foreman will present it to the Judge.
I suspect Libby, or his attorney, will come out swinging in this.
