Doesn't mean he will not extend the investigation in Libby or hand down and indictment in less than an hour against Libby. Is there any chance that instead of extending the investigation to nail Libby, it could be extended to nail Cheney? After all, Cheney and Libby had exchanged the information in question. What came first, the chicken (Cheney) or the egg (Libby)?

Cheney would have to have made a false statement to the GJ. If this really is all Fitzgerald has got then it is a damn shame and the LSM has succeded again in pushing their left wing agenda through. However I do believe it is opportunity to rally Conservatives if President Bush acts like one. .
