Interesting that all the leaks that have been coming out of the grand jury so far have been wrong. Any leaks from a grand jury constitute a crime as serious as the reason for this grand jury.

As for the direction of the grand jury, could it be that he has gotten permission to investigate an attempt by some in the intelligence community to undermine the interests of the US for political purposes?

As far as we know there havent been any leaks from the grand jury or the prosecutor. All the "leaks" have been from witnesses who testified or their lawyers. These people are allowed to say anything they want. Its their first ammendment right. The stuff you have read in the papers has not been a crime.
