AND I am waiting to hear his side.
I just wish he'd have hired a criminal defense attorney long ago..
That he didn't was foolish.
He needs a lawyer who is media saavy.
Like Barry Richard and David Boies.
Or Victoria and Joe.
He should have gotten the advice of one, and for all we know, he did.
But he should not have hired one before he was indicted; makes him look guilty, IMO.
He didn't have a criminal defense attorney, he repeatedly tells the same story to the GJ knowing they have his notes that say something else, he releases all the reporters to testify knowing the above.....this does not add up to a guy who thinks he did something wrong, especially a guy who is suppose to know the law.
