He didn't charge ANYBODY with leaking her name!
It is very revealing that Fitzgerald comes right out of the box talking about things that weren't crimes--as if they were crimes.
Very disturbing. But it shows that this was all about appearances and nothing about the law.
It's a sad day for the rule of law.

He came right out saying they KNEW her cover was blown, they questioned how to pursue it, etc etc.
The basic premise the investigation is based on, is wrong.
