Two Schumer staffers are under investigation by the FBI for illegally obtaining Lt.Gov.Michael Steele's(R-Md.) credit reports.

They have resigned from the DSCC (Schumer's committee) and have admitted guilt.The crime carries a maximum two year prison term and a large fine.The DSCC has been paying their legal bills.
