This morning we hear from the junior senator from NY she thinks the president should choose the next SC Justice by CONSENSUS.

Ridiculous. The same can be said of our President since he took office and he's staying put.

It seems he has nothing on the original charge. Probably hasn't for a long time, and the reason this has been dragging on is because he's been stalling, fishing, waiting for someone to trip up after the fact. Hence- the perjury charge on Libby. He's been waiting for someone to incriminate themselves.

Seriously, Wilson talked more in public about his wife than anyone in the Whitehouse or the press. Was her role suddenly declassified because it was published?
The indignation of the press is amazing to watch; they act like the White House has absolutely no right to try to refute (false) accusations made against it.
Lindsey Graham said last night that people in D.C. better be careful what this guy charges, because everybody in D.C. "gossips" and they all could be charged with something, anything, sooner or later.

I can't see how it can be "completely different" - that information would have leaked already. what I am saying is, Fitz could not have been conducting some investigation into the CIA rogue operation in total secrecy. that would have leaked, and once the media was tipped to that, they would have been savaging him. they haven't been, what does that tell you?
If I had to guess right now - I would say that what he says at the 2PM briefing will geive credence to the only piece of the story the media is hanging their hats on now - that the Libby indictment "leads to Cheney" because of the meeting notes that are apparently the basis for the perjury indictment.
Yep. Hillary has boxed herself in, whether she's said anything or not. I'm sure with enough digging, one could find previous statements in the past that would effectively show just where she really is on the matter.
