What would that mean that the statement would be before the grand jury meeting. Meaning, if the grand jury was going to 'decide' something in that meeting, you would Fitz would wait till then to make a statement.

Earlier Fox mentioned that if there were no indictments there would be no reason for Fitzgerald to even show up at the court. Fitzgerald is the only person that can ask the GJ to indict. If no Fitzgerald - no indictments.
If he has shown up - expect indictments

Besides the Wilsons, I would also like to see Walter Pincus, Plame's former CIA boss (who resigned quietly), and anyone in the CIA who signed on to Wilson's trip.
I would also like to see Kerry and Berger indicted for conspiracy to undermine an election. And while we're at it, let's throw in Tim Russert, Matt Cooper, and assorted reporters for good measure.
