Could this be the beginning of the turn of events for BUSH? Miers has withdrawn which has pleased the conservative base. I am hoping the only indictments to come down will be for Joe Wilson. This would absolutely turn things upside down in the matter of a couple of days. Basically pulling the rug out from under the salivating RATS...

Miers' withdrawal has not "pleased the conservative base," it's pleased the libertarian 'base' among the GOP. The worst complaints about Miers have not been from actual conservatives among Republicans -- we've been willing all along to see her through to confirmation.
