The good news is that, hopefully, the ubers will now support whomever Bush puts forward.

That's entirely up to Bush. He can cough up another mediocrity, and be abandoned by his base, or he can give his followers a nominee worth fighting for.

I guess "The Base" got their message through loud and clear. I like President Bush but my country and my conservative principals come before my party affiliation.

Some people need to remember not to fall in love with a politician.
