I agree. I hope that Rush Limbaugh doesn't expect me to listen to his show or buy any of his books, because I won't be. I have a long list of these conservatives who make money on TV and radio, who have been savaging this President since Katrina. And Krauthammer and Ingraham are on it. They won't be seeing any revenue from this household.

And David Frum ought to go back to Canada.

..sick, surprised, hurt....by Coulter, even Krauthammer, et al........Kristol doesn't surprise ....

James Dobson was one of a very few who supported our President and didn't try to make mincemeat of him.
