Like I said, the woman is a Libertarian ~ you can tell that by reading all of her published decisions. None of you can be trusted by Conservatives.

Attitudes like yours are exactly why we have legal abortion in all states. How could you logically defend a federal ban on abortions without conceding that Roe v. Wade is unconstitutional?

When you start ignoring the Constitution, even for conservative means, you go down an extremely dangerous road.
