I'd like to recommend Judge Diane Sykes. She is a true conservative, was put forward for US Circuit from Wisconsin by Senators Feingold and Kohl, both of whom sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee. She was confirmed overwhelmingly just a couple of years ago by the entire US Senate. They'd have a hard time explaining why they gave her a pass then and want to filibuster now

She's my personal pick as well. Smart, conservative, young (47) and has already been supported by two democrats on the judiciary committee - so they'd be hard pressed to explain why she was good enough for an appeals court position but not a supreme court position.
