Even though there are still some major problems, e.g. ameliorating the horrific child welfare system instituted when that country was under the Iron Curtain, defrocking errant priests who were able to insinuate themselves into the Church during the Cold War due to the exigencies created by living under a totalitarian regime, an economy that still suffers from the burden placed upon it by nearly half a century of failed Marxist dogma...
It still is a pretty amazing country, even while it's grappling with all of these challenges.
