That's right - every person meeting those Constitutional qualifications can run for President - my personal qualifications are somewhat narrower, but that's not the point. Miers was qualified as far as the Constitution required.

So you think we should go for the least possible qualifications only? There are constitutional qualifications and then there are realistic qualifications.

She lacked a judicial track record which is the only way to determine a person's judicial philosophy with any degree of confidence. Without a track record, it's just a shot in the dark.
