We say that some proven originalist intellectual firepower on Constitutional issues is required. Big difference. Are you suggesting that only Ivy Leaguers have intellectual firepower? We certainly aren't.

In today's society, The Ivy League doesn't give anyone a superior education over other schools. The advantage comes with old-school connections that come with it.
