E.D. Hill just said that a list of people he was considering asked to be removed because they didn't want to go through the hearings process. Can you blame them? Give us the list ... so that we can determine for ourselves whether or not this is true.

Is E.D. Hill a believable source? She said on the day of the nomination that she was hoping against hope it would be Al Gonzales, and when it was Harriet Miers she was overjoyed.
