All they care about is trying to attack President Bush. I'm sure their god, Coulter, is already writing her article trashing the next nominee and just has to add the name later.

I'm confident that nearly all posters who thought Miers was a disaster in the making are willing to throw full support behind a nominee who is a strict constructionist, using benchmarks such as Thomas, Scalia or Rhenquist to define the meaning of strict constructionist.
