(re the right to bear arms) Love this quote! Looking through the info posted, it sounds like Kozinski is a good man to be considered for SCOTUS.

I don't think he'll get the nod, but he SHOULD--if ever there is a guy who can educate the public and who has fought the good fight, it is Kozinski on the Ninth.
I like JRB. I REALLY like her. But I like Kozinski like I like Laz. And you can see my earlier post about that. 8)
