You DC folks do such a great job!!
BTW, I received an email that stated that Cindy wasn't even a major player in Casey's life. That when she and her husband separated she basically gave sole custody to him so she could persue her leftist politicking. Casey didn't become important to her until he died in Iraq and became a useful tool.
Has anybody else seen or heard this? I don't know whether to believe it or not.
Urban legend, caused by confusion over a last-minute replacement on TV. IIRC, it was on the O'Reilly Factor.
She certainly was not and not been their for Casey's brothers and sister. While giving an interview for a left wing website, they played the "How has Bush hurt your family" card. So Cindy describes how the kids are grieving, espcially the self-destructive behavior of Casey's sister. And Cindy plays the "Me first but I'm a victim" card and basically says, "Due to my work and my pain, I can't be for them right now."
Hey lady, it's "right now" or never because they need help now, not tomorrow. Tomorrow is too late.
It sounds plausible but has been debunked over at www.swopes.com
I have heard that also. Supposedly from a local Vacaville source who lives near the Sheehans. Cindy left to "find herself" and just recently returned. According to this source, Casey didn't even call her "Mom" because she was so uninvolved in his upbringing.
It would all fit nicely, but I haven't seen it corroborated anywhere else.
