I guess in one sense it doesn't matter but I don't want the dems to think they have won anything. Libby can certainly be replaced and any advice Rove needs to give can come in a phone call from any place. An indictment means 'guilty as charged' to the dems no matter what the final outcome will be.

They are so much fun to watch when their hopes are dashed, let's all pray that Republicans are not indited. (Imagine the coyote when the roadrunner escapes one more time)

Yeah Ditter, but think about it. IF they think they won something...they will spend their time on that...and not an agenda. So when they lose more seats in the midterms....it will be like pulling the rug out from under them.
