Ditto.I do not vote for socialists.period.Even if I like them personally. It is better to lose one battle than to put the overall "war" in jeopardy. The conservative movement and its survival is more important than even preventing a Clinton presidency. After all, I can imagine 4 years of Hillary would wake up alot of complacent and apathetic conservatives. More "Mother of all Battles" crapola.
So you wouldn't vote for Rudy if he ran on a conservative platform? I understand about McCain (Hell I wouldn't vote for McCain no matter what) but Rudy? Someone who already has broad name recognition and was at the heart of the worst terrorist attacks in U.S. history? C'mon.

I think in today's celebrity ure, we need a name and a persona to defeat Hilary. It is unfortunate, and maybe I'm being cynical.

I will never vote for anyone fiscally to the left of this President.I do not like McCain, and he is an authoritarian, but I would vote for him a thousand times before I would vote for Giuliani.McCain at least believes in limited government.

So you wouldn't vote for Rudy if he ran on a conservative platform? I know there's a sucker born every minute, but if you think I'd listen to someone like Rudy or Romney say, gee, I've been a liberal for years, but I really think abortion is bad, vote for me -- I mean, how pathetically gullible would you have to be to be taken in by something like that?
