Sam, if you're serious about a snowstorm list, you might as well add me. I'll be moving back to MA by December 1st!

Local Fox 35 in Orlando said that if the cold front is not strong enough and does not come down far enough it will be a whole different ball game like Charley. We all need to stay tuned. They have one model bringing it in around metro Orlando. The rest bring it in around Naples. But since there will be very little time to change plans it is best to go to a safe place before it is too hard to do so. This station is saying 25mph sustained winds north of Orlando as it is, but they cannot know for sure that the track will not shift north.

I added you to the New England snowstorm ping list. Actually I'll probably cover the Mid-Atlantic region also as I follow those snowstorms closely as well. I subscribe to Crazy Joe Bastardi's blog so I'll have plenty of great adjectives to pass on to you guys (such as "hybrid howler").

My basic criteria is at least one major city getting whacked with at least 12 inches of snow (Boston, NYC, Philly, DC, etc). I don't particularly pay attention to the inland snows when the coast is getting plain rain.
