This woke me up.

I wonder if some local citizenry will come to the police's rescue. LOL

That is an amazing report isn't it? Could be there is no truth to it whatsoever. It will take a while to sort it all out. It won't be like NO tho. No city on earth is as dysfunctional as that one is.
