My brother-in-law lived in Cutler Ridge for years -- but left after Andrew redecorated! I've only been here a year. The house I bought was damaged by Andrew and had to be reinforced. I had a hard time hanging paintings. Every time I tried to drill a hole or drive a nail into a wall, I'd hit steel.
