Apparently there are a few unacquainted with the trials of minimum wage jobs and the fact that you can't support a family on one even at 40 hours a week.
If someone doesn't have the skills to earn more than minimum wage, they have no business having children. Nobody's entitled to a certain income just because they have a family to support.
And if the min wage were increased to $100.00/hr, you still couldn't support a family on it...JFK
And you never could and you never will. Pick any arbitrary number. The economy simply adjusts via inflation and unemployment until a new equilibrium is reached and the exact same situation results.
If you're too stupid to earn more than the minimum wage (assuming you're not just a kid starting out), then why would you assume you're smart enough to have kids, or even be married with any responsibilities at all?
If you're making minimum wage, you're not good enough to support a family. Period.
