What is the citation for the lawsuit she's talking about. The one where she briefly testified. How was it resolved?

I have no idea. You'd think Miers would have clarified it though.
Her description is pretty vague, and the extent of this Constitutional experience she cites here appears to be that she was near by when a Constitutional issue may have been briefly considered by someone else.
