I think the pens from the US Govt were marked "property of the United States Govt." IIRC, the "pens" issue occured when Lt. Col. Schaeffer was 15 years old. Doesn't make it right, but it's a petty hit considering.

It sounded to me like they sent him more pens with the five classified documents. More pens in addition to when he was a kid. I transcribed what I heard and these were newer pens I think. You know, as if he's a repeat offender.
That's why whomever did it was really stupid if they sent him new pens with five classified documents.

5 classified documents to Tony Schaeffer and then said they didn't exist. That's a felony. Included in those boxes, 500 hundred dollars worth of fed property including a GPS system, I guess to keep. 25 pens, brand new and marked on them "property of the U.S. Govt."...
