It says that he issued an "international arrest order".

Given the EU-wide extradition treaty to be on the safe side I don't think those soldiers should visit any EU country.

I don't think Spain has the guts to arrest our soldiers even if they walked up to the court house and told the judge to F**K OFF.

They are a gutless bunch who gave-up to the face of terror moments after their train bombings.

They are not even a country anymore. They gave up their rights to the EU not to long ago. Spain doesn't matter or even exist.
