It has been reeeeeeeely slow all day! Wondered where the Dose was tonight!
lot of people (including me) have had problems posting here today. thanks for heads up!
Very good summary of the situation. God loves Dubya--why wouldn't He? W's on His side. W's like a big elephant. He just keeps moving while all the yapping little dogs snap at his heels. Many of us can't yet appreciate him. We are watching a real king and how a real king of freedom operates. (He walks like a Texan and speaks like a Texan, but he is a Renaissance Man. Beware quick judgments of him and his nominees. You may just be too shallow to fathom his depth.)

Hi Mike .. I believe Patrick Fitzgerald is a Dem .. but his reputation is solid .. that he's a straight shooter, loyal to the law. The speculation and leaking on this issue .. when Fitzgerald is known for absolutely prohibiting leaks .. is bizarre. I'm wondering if he's planting traps.
You could be correct, but I heard the dems say (just today) he was a republican appointed by Ashcroft for the job
Fitzgerald is careful to be apolitical in his targets and his public life alike. He registered to vote as an Independent in New York, only to discover, when he began receiving fundraising calls, that Independent was a political party. He re-registered with no affiliation, as he did later in Chicago.
He spit fire last year when reporters asked whether the racketeering indictment of Muhammad Hamid Khalil Salah, a fundraiser for the Islamic militant group Hamas, was timed to boost President Bush's reelection campaign. The case was trumpeted first by Attorney General John Ashcroft.
"I am not running for an election. I'm not part of a political party," Fitzgerald said at the time. "The election is irrelevant to this case. The reason we brought this case now is we're ready to proceed."

The article is DEFINITELY worth reading ..The Prosecutor Never Rests
I've read a lot about Patrick Fitzgerald and his character, and if someone committed a crime, whether God forbid in the White House or not, I feel pretty confident that he'll find out .. I just pray it's no one in the White House.
