If a person wears flip flops to graduation, and to meet the President in the White House, wonder if any other event they'll ever attend will be important enough to wear shoes?
I personally think the girls look nice. They do not look like the flimsy flip-flops that you would wear to the beach. It's just a style of shoe. It certainly beats them wearing high heals that are bad for their feet.
