FL stands for Flight Level. Reduce the number by about 10% to get the accurate number, I think. (Not sure. Ask someone smart.)

700 mb pressure is the 'usual' flight level. Thats 90%

However, they flew at 850mb, which puts it at around 85% instead.

162kt x 1.1 x .85 = 151 (or 150mph)
