No. Someone from her record company or her publicist made Rush stop using the song but Chrissie step in and said her parents love Rush and let him start using it again. I heard this straight from Rush a few years ago on his show.

But when her parents found out, they got on her, because they listen to Rush every day, so she granted the permission to use it.....
