I agree, they were arrested, they just weren't charged with a crime.

Funny how the FBI and Boren had been telling us for about two weeks there was no suicide note and now there is one.

If it were left on the computer screen the FBI had to have know the first night and lied about it. If the FBI had just un plugged the computer and taken it with them then the message would have been lost unless saved to the hard drive.

Instead of stopping speculation and mistrust they authorities have done nothing but re enforce it.
