That NO thing was a bit personal for me (personal history - only with no video guess who loses?). I do not think all cops are like NO - they are special.
I'd be all for a free for all - as long as the economics worked out - modern business is so easy to interrupt. I bet we would end up with more personal responsibility.
I got roughed up by the police in North Carolina years ago, when I was a youngster. I was drunk, got jumped by a guy. I was starting to win the fight when I was suddenly introduced to a brick wall by a couple of the boys in blue.
They let me go after I gave them thirty or forty bucks. Worked for me since I wasn't charged and didn't have to come back for court.
Time for some urban renewal in Toledo.
