I don't seem to recall him coming out and condemning any terrorists.

If he were to clearly denounce terrorism, he would lose the vast majority of his constintuency.

Mainly because the Koran teaches that terrorism against non-believers and infidels is completely justified. Allah not only endorses it, he demands it. Jihad is considered the most holy of acts in the Koran. So Looey as a Muslim has no problem with terrorism.
