We are there already. Sakhalin, Shtockman, etc. We have the techknologies they don't have. Without ERD technologies, they wouldn't be able to develop the Sakhalin fields.
Yeah, I know that, but we're not doing enough. Bush needs to think of trade with Russia as the number one foreign trade item on the agenda. It impacts not only our economy, but our entire foreign policy, from Iraq to China to Venezuela to Korea to India to Iran, and even to Europe.
