As a woman, I think it's complete horse's you-know-what that a woman's achievements would be measured any differently than a man's. She's damn good, for a woman. If you were going to have open heart surgery, would you go to a less experienced female doctor who was the first woman to head up a cardiac unit in your state, rather than the "first in his class" Harvard grad with a track record of 300 successful operations under his belt?
