The computer chips that calculate the Newtonian trajectories will be designed using quantum mechanics.And indeed, to get to Mars Newtonian mechanics is insufficient. Mars probes have to correct for Einstein. Likewise GPS gives the wrong answers unless you correct for relativistic effects.
