Wrong........ Peroutka will never nominate a judge to any federal court as he has first got to be elected President. Now tell me how many votes that fellar got in the Electoral College this last time around...... Was it zero? Winning isn't everything, especially when the winner is a few bricks short of a full load in the leadership department. All that shows is that most Americans were fooled into voting for the lesser of two evils. Let's see if the GOP can keep the wool over their eyes next time around.

LOL......... Maybe not in your world madam, but now tell me exactly how many federal judicial appointments will the following non winners such as Kerry, Peroutka, Buchanan, etc. etc. make between now and the election of 2008? Seems that is the prize that all would aspire to.
