Joseph Farah is, like his buddies M.Savage and P.Buchanan, wrong.
There is no reason to hold a nominee to the Supreme Court to a higher standard than we do our Senators or Presidents.
And though it is "life-time", they can always be impeached for usurping authority.

That has never happened. And in my view a judge must be seen to be above favor or influence and must not have anything that taints the presumption of his or her impartialty. That is precisely why the appointment is for life and why we must insist on the highest caliber obtainable in a jurist - qualities simply lacking in Ms. Miers.

And though it is "life-time", they can always be impeached for usurping authority. Barring future outright criminality, we have arguably some of the most impeachable jurists on the Court right now that we're likely ever to see: those making U.S. Supreme Court decisions based on foreign court decisions, and violating the U.S. Constitution by upholding CFR and illegally expanding eminent domain.
Think anyone is going anywhere?

Farah is a real live nut case. It's hard to believe (at least for me) that some people still take him seriously. Other than Pat Buchanan, that is.
