You may be right Pukin Dog, but in my opinion it still was a serious blunder on the part of W to nominate Miss Miers.
If I understand you correctly, there is no qualified conservative willing and worthy to serve on the SCOTUS. I do not believe that, and I am against this nomination not because I don't support W, but because I do support him.
As soon as Miss Miers withdraws, we'll have a fight for a true freedom loving patriotic conservative. I trust, no I am certain, W will pursue that fight to the finish.
